2、Material Inspection
The factory performs chemical composition analysis and physical property testing on the purchased raw materials.
3、Cutting
As per different materials and sizes using mechanic cutting.
4、Heating
According to different materials, different heating temperatures are controlled.
5、Forging
According to different products using ring rolling, drop forging, open die forging and die forging.
6、Heat treatment
Annealing, normalizing and solution treatment as per the different requirements.
7、Machining
Strictly according to the standard or customer’s drawing lathing the products accurately.
8、Checking
UT and PMI testing of rough-processed products.
9、Drilling
The product is drilled with a CNC drilling machine.
10、Inspection
According to the requirements of customers, quality inspection personnel to the product size, UT, MT, PMI,etc inspection.
11、Marking
Type on products according to customer requirements.
12、Surface treatment
According to the different standard or customer’s requirements using Anti-rust oil; yellow ;black ;blue; green or red paint;hot dipping galvanize; shot blassing treatment;coating nylon or Fusion Bonded Epoxy.
13、Packing
According to different markets and customer requirements, plywood boxes, pallets and other different packaging methods are used to package products.
